Most frequent questions and answers

We repair Phones, Tablets, Computers, and Game Systems. 

We repair Xbox One, Xbox One S, Xbox One X, Xbox Series S, Xbox Series X, Nintendo Switch, Switch Lite, Playstation 4, PS4 slim, Ps4 Pro, and Ps5 game systems.  

Currently, we only offer controller repairs on Nintendo Joy-Con controllers.

The cost of the repair largely depends on the problem you are having. However, we do free estimates. 

The typical turnaround time for a mail-in repair is 5-10 days plus shipping time. Sometimes, it can be longer if we have to order parts or if you repair turns into a “rabbit hole” repair, but we will be sure to keep you updated every step of the way!

Once we have completed the repairs on your device we will email you an invoice. On the invoice, there will be a “PAY NOW” button that will take you to our online checkout page where you can pay via credit/debit card. If you have any questions feel free to call us at 309.798.1887.
